25-year-old Anderson Zambrano-Pacheco was taken into custody in a dramatic pre-dawn raid in New York City, law-enforcement sources told The NY Post.
Zambrano-Pacheco was caught by heavily armed Homeland Security Investigations officers. Newly confirmed Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem posted a video of the immigration raids in New York.
