The New York Police Department says at least 5 people were shot along the West Indian Day Parade route on Monday. This shooting happened around 2:30 in the afternoon on Eastern Parkway. At this time, there is limited information about the injuries or suspect in question. However, NYPD confirmed this incident was “an intentional act.”
