In his first interview since dropping out of the 2024 presidential race, President Joe Biden called himself a “transition president,” and said he exited because of fears amongst Democrats that he could cost the party Congressional seats. He also announced his plans to accompany Vice President Kamala Harris as she takes up the campaign trail in the race for the White House.
