Condemnation has grown over Rwanda’s military backing of the insurgency by M23 rebels in eastern Congo, near the border between the two nations. President Paul Kagame has become increasingly isolated and, as the war drags on, the threat of economic pain for Rwanda rises. More than 3,000 people have been killed in the past weeks as M23 fought to take control of Goma, a key trading hub in eastern Congo. Bloomberg’s Ondiro Oganga reports from Kigali.
