As the federal government shutdown enters day four, House Speaker Mike Johnson says next week’s votes have been cancelled as the Senate has yet to come close to passing a plan to temporarily end it. The Senate is expected to take another test vote on Monday, but the results are expected to be the same as Friday with no passage.
