Pending home sales fell 0.8% in June from the previous month and 2.8% year-over-year. Julie spoke with the National Association of Realtor chief economist, Lawrence Yun, about what is preventing buyers from signing contracts. Yun elaborated, saying higher mortgage rates are keeping home sales down despite ‘sizable potential housing demand.’
