A 9-year-old Canadian girl was reported missing by her father in upstate New York., Officials arrested the father after Melina Galanis Frattolin was found dead.
Luciano Frattolin is being held in jail after his daughter was found dead this past weekend. Lucaino has not been charged by authorities. 9-year-old Frattolin was reported missing in Lake George, NY.
