Philadelphia police say they have arrested a woman wanted for allegedly shooting a 7-month old baby boy in the leg.
28-year-old Dominique Billups is seen on video walking up to the boy’s mother and father and opening fire.
Billups was arrested just a few hours after authorities released surveillance video of the shooting.
Police say a neighbor took the infant to a nearby hospital where he was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.
