The Cavs will be going for the season sweep, having won the three prior meetings—though only one was decided by 18-plus points. However, Cleveland will be trying to keep a 14-game win streak alive. The desire to do so will be more than enough motivation to ensure the Cavs win.
But can they cover? That’s a pretty big spread at minus-18.
Our pick: Over 225 (DraftKings)Cleveland will win this game, and they could very well cover in the process. But in the three previous meetings between these teams, the Cavs won by 18-plus just once. So, while confidence in a win is high, it’s pretty low for a win against the spread.

Nets vs. Cavaliers: Player Props
Donovan Mitchell, over/under 22.5 points at -125/-105Mitchell is one of the more prolific scoring threats in the NBA this season. However, in the three games vs. the Nets, he scored over 22.5 points just once. But the Nets have one of the worst perimeter defenses in the NBA.
With the roll the Cavs have been on lately, I expect a very confident Mitchell to make it rain from behind the arc.

Donovan Mitchell, over/under 3.5 made 3-pointers at +124/-160Mitchell hit just one of 13 attempts over the last two games, although he made four of 11 attempts vs. Miami. By the numbers, it looks like the under is the way to go. But I think Mitchell is going to unload on Brooklyn’s poor perimeter D.

Milwaukee Bucks (-2.5) vs. Indiana Pacers (+120)
Both teams will be trying to end their respective losing streaks tonight in Indianapolis. The Pacers have lost their last three (all on the road), and the Bucks have dropped their last two, both at home. But prior to those losses, Indiana went 6-2 and Milwaukee went 8-1.
It will be good for Indiana to get back home, but it’s still their third game in four days and the back half of a back-to-back. There’s bound to be some fatigue. As for the Bucks, the extra day off will do them a world of good and give them an advantage over the Pacers.

It will be an excellent game between two of the better teams in the Eastern Conference, but the rest advantage and a healthier roster will give Milwaukee the edge it needs to get the win.
