Is Matty Healy gearing up to release his own version of The Tortured Poets Department?
As we’re sure you know, Taylor Swift had quite a whirlwind romance with The 1975 frontman before she found love with Travis Kelce. Fans have been speculating that a lot of the songs on her latest album TTPD were about her short-lived relationship with the British singer — and now it seems like he’s gearing up to tell his side of the story through music.

On Sunday, The Sun dropped a bombshell when they revealed Matty has been working alongside his band for their sixth album, and one of the songs is rumored to be about T-Swizzle. The track is supposedly titled God Has Entered My Body, and a snippet of the lyrics say:
“Keep your head up Princess, your tiara is falling.”
An insider that’s close to the band dished to the outlet:
“Everyone at the studio thought this was about Matty’s fling with Taylor and their fleeting romance. Matty will never publicly comment on his relationships, but he lets his deepest feelings out in his songs and gets everything off his chest. Fans will want to listen to the lyrics very carefully.”
Ooh!
But what does the man himself have to say about it? Well, in The 1975’s Reddit page, a fan posted the supposed snippet of lyrics to discuss with other fans and captioned it:
“This can’t be real
“
To which Matty actually replied and said:
“Huge if true”
Could be sarcasm… or it could be another subtle dig at Tay Tay. Guess we’ll just have to wait and listen for ourselves!
