During former President Trump’s rally in North Carolina on Tuesday, former Democratic presidential candidate and Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard announced that she’s officially joining the Republican Party. Gabbard said, “I’m proud to stand here with you and announce that I am joining the Republican Party.” The 43-year-old, who in 2022 announced plans to leave the Democratic Party, currently has a prominent role in former President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign team.
