On Saturday, the Underworld star shocked fans after revealing SEVERAL injuries she sustained while shooting her latest action flick Canary Black. In an Instagram carousel, the 51-year-old shared screenshots from a review praising her stunt work before revealing a slew of banged-up photos. See some of her injuries (below):
