Former President Donald Trump held a news conference Thursday at Mar-a-Lago, making his first public appearance since Vice President Kamala Harris became the Democratic presidential nominee and selected Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate. During the news conference Trump made claims that the Oct. 7 attack on Israel and Russia attack on Ukraine would have not happened if the 2020 election results went another way. He also challenged Harris on immigration, the economy and other topics. The former president also agreed to debate Vice President Kamala Harris in September.
