We are gathering more information this weekend as emergency responders in Washington issued emergency Level 3 evacuation orders over the weekend as crews battled the fast-moving Old Trails Fire. According to our partners at FOX 13 Seattle, fire officials are upstaffing extra equipment as windy, dry conditions create rapid fire spread risks across the Inland Northwest through the weekend. Spokane Mayor Lisa Brown, Gov. Bob Ferguson, Commissioner of Public Lands Dave Upthegrove, and other elected and emergency officials gave an update on the efforts to contain the wildfires on Sunday.
