President Donald Trump said Friday that Iran is “dying to make a deal” to end the war. Trump also met Friday with top national security officials to discuss a path forward in Tehran, according to reports by Axios and The Wall Street Journal. Axios, in addition to CBS News, also reported the U.S. is weighing launching new strikes. A ceasefire was reached by the two countries back in mid-April.
