The latest announcement comes barely two months after Yuga Labs unveiled Koda Nexus in The Otherside metaverse. Although the metaverse had been in the works for years, the team launched Koda Nexus, akin to a digital town square, in mid-November 2025. Koda is now central to every activity in The Otherside, serving as a primary gathering location for all users, including new entrants.

With Koda Nexus fostering community interaction in the virtual world, Yuga Labs may eventually become inspired to create a physical location to connect users to The Otherside metaverse.
