Kim Kardashian is sharing a raw, unfiltered glimpse into her life leading up to the bar exam.

The Kardashians star took to Instagram on Sunday to show fans JUST how seriously she took studying for the California bar exam. The raw footage starts off with the SKIMS founder bawling while reflecting on how difficult the process had been:

“Every time I feel like I’m a step ahead, something happens to try to stop me from doing this.”

A blur of footage from Kim’s studies then flashes across the screen culminating with a shot of her sitting behind a laptop at a massive table. The screen reads:

“2 weeks before the bar.”

The clip then cuts to Kim standing next to a whiteboard, marker in hand, telling the camera she’s “tripping” over how close the looming exam was and revealing she’d been “studying for four months straight” — no work calls, no social outings, no nothing. Just “being a mom and studying.”

Later that night is when she broke down in tears, admitting that part of her just wanted to “stop” because her brain felt like it was going to “explode.” Watch the emotional footage (below):

As we now know, Kim unfortunately did not pass the bar exam. But she’s still determined as every to become a lawyer. She captioned the post:

“I’ve shared so much of this journey with you, and this summer I documented some of the final two weeks of studying — the ups, the downs, and everything in between. On November 7th, I found out I didn’t pass the bar. It was disappointing, but it wasn’t the end. This dream means too much to me to walk away from, so I’m going to keep studying, keep learning, and keep showing up for myself until I get there.”
